yes this is an update of my life.
currently waiting in agony for the last paper of my undergraduate life to take place at 5pm. i say agony for two reasons. first, the wait is torturous. i feel as though i am more of the cannot-be-bothered-anymore rather than well-prepared. my CAP cannot really change much from her on out anyway hence that mentality. turning up for the finals is more or less go through motion kind. second, the insane weather is putting me in great agony. hot nights with hotter days. the air is so hot and humid these few days that i cannot really tell the difference between my health weakening or just my body responding/adjusting to the temperature around me.
cannot wait to head back home and rest for a while before having to head to a potentially challenging interview/assessment. shan't really talk much on that for now other than keeping my fingers crossed throughout. until next time then, cheers.

lousy weekend
yes this is an update of my life.
well, yeah the past weekend was shit. came down with fever on Saturday morning. went to the doctor and learned that if was due to a bacteria throat infection that cause my head to burn up. funny thing is i never fall sick due to bacteria in my throat in the first three years of my university life. only in this final year, i had this similar situation twice.
the first one was last November where my throat bacteria infection progressed to middle ear infection. now the throat bacteria infection led to fever. both times i was seen by the same doctor. in the first case i asked what caused it.. he remarked that the air i breathe might be the cause. well that makes tons of sense. only in this final year.. there is this particular asshole who loves to smoke in his/her room. almost everyday i will smell that stench and quickly close the window.
nonetheless, who knows when the smoke entered my room when i was sleeping, resulting to me taking in all the toxic. well, only need to endure two more days with such inconsiderate people. back to current situation, my body is still warmer than usual but not fever. throat still feels dry. me feeling warmer might be due to the terrible weather as well.. not sure. ohh wells, just hope i can recover by tomorrow. until next time then, cheers.

truth potato #10
onto the 10th instalment of Truth Potato from the Bored Panda website. actually i came across a similar quote to this quite some time ago.. i am pretty sure i brought this up previously as well. nonetheless, here goes again.
truth hurts but it is worthwhile. if someone treasures you he/she will never give you the excuse of being too busy to meet you or spend time with you. even having a listening ear for you counts as well. if you mattered to them, they will find the little slots in between their daily schedule for you. i do that for those whom i treasure. while i might not always be the one to initiate, i never blow those whom i treasure. even if in the case one of you is busy, set another date.. leaving the possibility of meeting up hanging is kind of.. silly. well that would probably hint you all aren't as close or as eager to catch up. so yes, something that i will always make note to myself.. no one worth keeping would ever keep using "busy" as an excuse.
