hitting all five
yes this is an update of my life.
so today finally concluded the first round of bidding for the NUS kids. i intended to get five modules through this round. the hassle of thinking how i should split my bid points was alright and guess what.. it is a huge relieved to be getting all the five modules i wanted. all at the timeslots i prefer and what not. left one more module to bid for later in the week.
so five confirmed modules now. plus the one i am bidding for later in the week and the other one they allocated to me, i will be taking 7 modules in all in this coming semester. ohh gosh, save me. be there any God or good spirits or whatever, grant me the strength and perseverance to press on through this hectic semester and to ace in all modules. yeah, that's me i strive my best for all.. not choosing which modules i should cut some slack and what not. this is because i know from past experiences, it will back fire big time.
time to get my study cap on real soon.. after the lecture weeks of course.. haha.

what holidays
yes this is an update on my life.
ohh gosh, i am entering the last week of my holidays. yes, in a blink of an eye, this week is the last week of holidays before a new semester starts again. i need more days in my holidays.. sigh. ohh well, been busy with floorball and bidding.
module bidding. it sounds easy but it is really troublesome and at times i find it silly. well, the only good thing i can really think of about this bidding thingy is that this system is more friendly than the system NTU adopt. this semester i am aiming to take 7 modules. i have days which start at 8am and ending at 8pm. these days include just a 2 hour break in between and a 6 hour straight lecture. well, that's the ideal case i guess. ideal in the sense i get the all the timeslots i want. if this is achieved, my Friday would be free too. not a common opportunity.
floorball. from this week onwards, inter-hall games will be ongoing for a month. floorball trainings and friendly matches have taken much time in the last few weeks and days. really hope we could achieve something from this year's round of competition. aside for being in the floorball team in the inter-hall games, i have duties to support certain matches. ahh.. going to be a real busy month ahead.
those aside, i realised i have yet to update on my trip to Bintan. shall have a short update really soon. uni kids, treasure your remaining holidays then.
