the last third

yes this is an update of my life.

so i am in the final month of my internship.. okay, actually a month and a couple of days but nonetheless.. the last third of my internship period. while some days feel very long, i still find that time actually is moving very fast. probably too caught up with the tasks at hand to really appreciate that days are passing by. no, i'm not a drone or robot, just that i don't myself checking in on the date as often as i normally do.

away from internship, i have still so many answers that i am waiting to get from various parties. from things related to school to things related to reservist claims to other little little things. too many little things become an annoying situation. it is like having an ant crawling on you does not irritate you much.. but have like 6 doing so at the same time at different parts of your body.. now that is an annoying situation. hopefully, these answers come by soon.. real soon. silly things should not be adding to the stress i am facing in office. until next time then, cheers.

lion

yes this is an update of my life.

finally, after about 4 weeks of waking up to alarm clock, i can get to sleep in and wake up to no alarm clock tomorrow morning. had to make arrangements for one of my tutees to have classes on Sunday mornings previously. i always consider sleeping and waking to no alarm as a very good luxury.. lol i am easily satisfied that way.

a Sunday where i am free after a month. got so many personal things pending, waiting for my attention. i can attend to those tomorrow then. for now, i am going to end of with a movie recommendation.

the movie is "Lion", a story about how a young Indian boy got lost when he was at a age of 5 in India. as he searched through the streets of India, he witnessed certain sights that he has never come across before. fortunately he was soon adopted to an Australian couple. fast forward years later, as he entered college, he begun to remember his life back in India prior to wandering. it was then he started to based on the rough childhood memories to trace back to his hometown and to his biological family.

personally, i love this movie very much. the build up and the depictions of the kid's life is really good. there are scenes showing parts of India that not many people know or can comprehend through words. that is the beauty of film anyway. the cast is great, the flow is great.. real emotional ride. definitely worth the time to watch and enjoy. until next time then, cheers.
