yes this is an update of my life.
intended to update here earlier today but it slipped my mine until now, when i am having a stomachache.. lol. probably a blessing in disguise. so as i wait for my stomach to work its magic and heal, i shall update here.
it is scary to know that the end of this semester and the end of this academic year is near. what is even scarier was the interview i had earlier. so after countless application sent out, i've managed to have an interview with one of the companies i applied for. it has been quite a while, roughly 3 years, since i last had an interview experience. so, naturally today felt a little scarier than i hope for. nonetheless, i was glad to be able to answer the questions asked calmly though nervousness took away some of my basic grammar.. lol.
anticipating the amount of workload and amount of expectations then looking at the allowance they offer, i decided to go with the notion that internship is "for experience".. nothing else. after all, i would not want to start work after i graduate and be thrown off by these kind of stuff.. better to learn during internships. fingers crossed now. until next time then, cheers.

Negan
yes this is an update of my life.
so caught the final episode of the latest season of "The Walking Dead". just as many have anticipated, the super badass character, Negan, appeared towards the end of the episode. got to say the final episode is really nice considering how they bring forth this new villain into the series. audience can get the taste of the fear and power he brings within the short period he was starred. nonetheless, i really cannot wait for the next season of the show. long wait. until next time then, cheers.

real meaning of Sunday
yes this is an update of my life.
under such times of high level of stress from the amount of work and assignments at hand, i'm glad i got forced in a way to hang out with my family for almost the entire Sunday. well, that is the real meaning of Sunday i guess.. family day. it has been a while. since i have spent so much time with them over the weekends. in fact, yesterday as well.
finally head over to grandma's place ever since CNY. man.. unfilial grandson but ohh wells, i'll try harder, i promise. her house has a new inclusion.. a maid. i am actually sad and happy at the same time. i am sad because employing a maid means that my grandma is so old that she might not be able to take care of herself. her children, being my uncles and aunts, have always been looking out for her and what not. i know some would actually take turns to sneak out of work to get her lunch and afternoon snacks and what not. however, one cannot expect them to be on watch out for her 24/7. recent incidents that occured when she was alone gave us countless scares and i guess having a maid by her side is logical. this brings to why i am happy. i am happy because we can feel a little more relieved and secured that grandma is in safe hands 24/7. really want her to be with us for as long as possible.
today my family decided to travel to the west to visit relatives. upon knowing of this decision, i had to make mine. to follow them or not. if i didn't, i know i would have to head back to campus on my own in the evening. so being lazy and sacrificing precious revision time, i followed them as i was lazy to travel to campus alone. yeah, judge me all you want but i was glad to have made this decision. had good time meeting my favourite aunt and cousin and nephew before heading our for a decent dinner. quality times like these are what i hold dearly on to. these times are few considering the lives we live today. i hope you all had a good weekend as well. until next time then, cheers.
