so just got back from an awesome outing and we were having supper in this ice-cream stall when they started playing lots of songs that were once pop music. then, i have an inspiration. i shall dig out and dig around and share some nostalgic songs over the next week or so.
sorry to non-music fans, this week i shall commit more time for midterms revision so i can't exactly post more lengthy and insightful and interesting posts. just sharing songs in hope they can interest you somehow as well.
anyway, music is an important part of my life.

that exam feeling
yes, this is a update of my life.
recess week. one more week before the midterm exams kick start. a typical student would actually start to panic and try to squeeze whatever time he has just to start catching up and beefing up the modules that have midterms. the anxiety will be a good motivational drive in his focus diligent revision. well guess, what, i don't have it.
the fact that i don't feel how a typical student feel or like those times prior to NS during exam periods really begin to worry me a little. i guess thanks to the long gap in between i have forgotten a lot of feelings pertaining to being a student. i have forgotten the feeling of great anxiety, knowing the fact that i need to do quite a lot of revision and what not. i have forgotten the feeling of sitting for an exam. to be honest, i don't know if this is really a good thing or a bad thing. damn.. in fact, it sounds like i don't know what to feel. where have that feeling gone too? haha..

shit lecturers say
so today marks the end of the first half of the semester. next week is recess week.. a week by right given to us to rest and what not before starting off Week 7 with numerous midterm exams. key phrase "by right". by left, one need to spend half the time revising and what not as well.
anyway.. six weeks flew by and nonetheless there are some things lecturers would say that make them sound evil, hypocritical, sarcastic. this list is only to poke fun and no harm intended. just for laughs.
so.. here goes.. shit lecturers would say: -
1) "this chapter is actually very easy."
2) "assignment? very fast can finish."
3) "enjoy your weekend."
4) "enjoy your study break."
